Legal Details

According to the Single Convention on Narcotic drugs signed in Vienna in 1961, the possession, importation and traffic of hemp seeds are not subject to regulation. This treaty expressly excludes cannabis seeds from the list of narcotic substances that are subject to international oversight. However, while the possession of hemp seeds is not a criminal offense in the UK, the cultivation of cannabis can result in administrative and penal sanctions as stipulated by Article 222-35 of the Penal Code. Hyp3rids carries no responsibility for the misuse of any products sold to users. Hyp3rids store, and its domains, remain compliant with UK law.

You must be at least 21 years old to order our products from www.hyp3rids.com.

Hyp3rids cannot be held responsible for the actions of persons who purchase its cannabis seeds. Hyp3rids can sell you cannabis seeds legally for the use of fishing bait additives or as luxury bird food or as souvenirs. Or you may purchase to store, in case the law changes.

For your own protection we ‘require’ you to inquire about and comply with all local laws and international laws governing the purchase of cannabis seeds in your part of the world. In many countries, it is illegal to germinate these cannabis seeds. By ordering, ‘you confirm that you checked your local and international law and it is safe to do so’ and that the responsibility for that decision rests solely upon you.

As a Hyp3rids customer, you are prohibited from distributing Hyp3rids seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in Cannabis seeds is illegal.

We cannot, and will not discuss germination/yields/THC levels (etc.) of seeds, as it is ILLEGAL to germinate seeds in the United Kingdom and most countries and we cannot be seen to be promoting this. Unfortunately, E-mails may be ignored and remain unanswered if questions relate to the above and you may be refused a sale should you persist in requesting further information.

Hyp3rids, and all its other domains sell and ship seeds to third parties, under the condition that these items aren’t used to break the law. Any customer who purchases any of Hyp3rids store products holds responsibility for understanding the unique laws of their country and takes full responsibility for their actions.

By ordering any of our products, you confirm that you have duly checked your country’s local and international laws and made sure it is safe to do so. Additionally, you agree that you hold full responsibility for making said decision.

Please Note: You are strictly required to be of legal age to order seeds from Hyp3rids. While the age of majority is 18 in the UK and most of the EU, you are advised to check and respect your local laws.

In most countries around the world, the germination of cannabis seeds is largely considered illegal. Hyp3rids and all its other domains sell cannabis seeds as collectible souvenirs of botanical or ethnological interest, bird food or fishing bait. We expressly refuse to sell seeds to individuals who we believe might cultivate them in a country where it is deemed illegal to grow cannabis.

Hyp3rids, and all its other domains do not, in any way, support individuals in breaking the law, either locally or internationally.

While it is generally safe to transport cannabis seeds, the specific laws regarding the exportation of cannabis seeds often differ from one country to another. It is strongly recommended that you understand your country’s unique regulations and fully comply with its rulings. Hyp3rids and all its other domains, declines all responsibility and legal ramifications of any irresponsible purchases from individuals who fail to acquit themselves with the relevant laws.

All information that can be found on the Hyp3rids and all its domains is intended for educational purposes only. It is not intended to incite, condone, or promote the cultivation of illegal drugs or controlled substances. Making an order from the Hyp3rids.com confirms that you assume full responsibility for your actions.

We appreciate your full commitment and responsibility
