Firstly some notes from our source in Mexico…
“There is the theory that it is the mixture of the famous “Oaxaca Skunk” with some selected phenotype of the well-known Chamula, the result is the strain: “Chamula Skunk” or simply Skunk locally, it is known for its skunk aroma, its flowers They are fat, and the pistils are orange, thus indicating their sativa peculiarity. It is presumed that for the area where it is grown, it is adapted to cold (2-27° C, 2880 – 3600 meters above sea level)”.
These pictures are some selections we’ve made from a repro we finished earlier this year. We didn’t have many seeds to explore on our first round, so we just picked the best male and two different females for our own open pollination. Two distinct female NLD / WLD phenos were used for the repopulation, with a WLD male.
Most of the images are from our female selection, 12 weeks into flower. As you can see she has plenty of those long Mexican hairs, and a good amount of resin under the hood. She’s really starting to get her funk on too. She starts very acidic then goes more musky as the flowers develop.
