Toffee A’mour is a great example of a pure indica crossed to a 100% pure sativa. With such different parents, the offspring develop a huge range of interesting traits that (in my opinion) makes them the most interesting to hunt through.
Structurally, most pheno’s in this line lean towards the vigorous Thai male, with some serious side branching creating lots big greasy colas. They grow medium to tall but are very easy to handle, and the node spacing down each branch makes them very happy under artificial lights.
The F1s you are looking at now really show how the Sour Bubble has influenced the wispy Thai buds into more compact / harder flowers. The resin count is also much higher, the leaves are just so greasy handling these plants without gloves is not recommended.
On the nose, the sourness of the ‘Bubble’ is also apparent, and has developed well with the floral / earthy notes of the Thai. I’m not sure which I enjoy the most, so win win however I look at it. Stability is also very good considering the ‘polar opposite’ parental lines.
The Golden Highland Thai IBL came direct from Thailand, collected at an elevation of 2175m from the Doi Chang mountain, these beautiful plants are considered by many as Thailand’s finest. The genetics were stunning, producing some of the most beautiful and BIGGEST landrace plants we’ve ever seen.
This pheno is the same selection we grew out before, but is fully seeded up with Toffee X CGLE offspring.
